Throughout the summer of 2021, we brewed four regional Pils styles from around the globe to demonstrate how we brew the best lagered beers in Southen California.
Officially launching October 1: Czech-Style Pils
We're pulling out all the stops as our 2021 Czech-Style Pilsner hits the Tasting Room! The beer starts flowing when the doors open at 2pm with Coaches Pit BBQ onsite all day & live music starting at 6:00pm from Rock N Rose
The Pilsner Project was created to showcase our love for lagers here at Last Name. The Pils crisp, clean, balanced, & approachable to everyone who tries it. Although it is a relatively young style (in beer years, of course), there are a surprising number of styles & approaches out there. This Summer (and early Fall) we’re celebrating out interpretation of four styles from around the globe, concluding with the well-known Czech style!
