The Pilsner Project was created to showcase our love for lagers here at Last Name. The Pils is crisp, clean, balanced, & approachable to everyone who tries it & this batch is extra-special with a kick of local lemon tartness. Although it is a relatively young style (in beer years, of course), there are a surprising number of styles & approaches out there. This Summer we've been celebrating out interpretation of four styles from around the globe, concluding with our take on the Czech style!
