We’d never make you read that kind of a description. And neither Merriam nor Webster know anything about great beer, anyway!
The Pilsner Project was created to showcase our love for lagers here at Last Name. The Pilsner Style is always crisp, clean, balanced, & approachable to everyone who tries it. Although it is a relatively young style (in beer years, of course), there are a surprising number of styles & approaches out there.
