Heck, Andy may even pull some vintaged beers out of the vault to taste & pair next to the first beer in this series.

The Pilsner Project was created to showcase our love for lagers here at Last Name. The Pils crisp, clean, balanced, & approachable to everyone who tries it. Although it is a relatively young style (in beer years, of course), there are a surprising number of styles & approaches out there. This Summer we will be celebrating out interpretation of four styles from around the globe, starting with the classic Irish style!
