THE PILSNER PROJECT CONTINUE!
to Last Name Brewing
Throughout the summer of 2021, we’re brewing four regional Pils styles from around the globe to demonstrate how we brew the best lagered beers in Southen California.
Officially launching July 23: Japanese Pilsner
We're pulling out all the stops as our new Japanese Pils hits the Tasting Room! The beer starts flowing when the doors open at 2pm with Rolling Sushi Van onsite all day & live music starting at 6:00pm from Kotolan, an indie band playing a mix of eclectic indie synth and art pop influenced by new wave, city pop and disco driven by Japanese-born front-woman Junko Seki.
The Pilsner Project was created to showcase our love for lagers here at Last Name. The Pils crisp, clean, balanced, & approachable to everyone who tries it. Although it is a relatively young style (in beer years, of course), there are a surprising number of styles & approaches out there. This Summer we’re celebrating out interpretation of four styles from around the globe, continuing with the classic Japanese style!
There is no cover to this launch event.
