Join Brewery-Owner Andy Dale, and special guests Michael Puglisi and Claremont local Steve Sabicer, of Electric City Butcher for 90 minutes of demonstrations and conversation (over beers and meat, of course) about all things fermented, from beer, to veggies, to bread, to charcuterie. This is an introduction to how fermentation makes so many things taste SO good, and how you can pickle, brew, and cure at home.
Your ticket includes a charcuterie board, artisanal breads, veggie pickle tasting, and a beer flight pairing. Wine will also be available for those who inexplicably don't favor beer.
